HSD Families and Staff,
We wanted to share an important resource for families in our community!
Northeast Oregon Network (NEON), a non-profit organization based in La Grande, is now serving Umatilla County families through a grant from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). NEON helps families with children, or families expecting children, enroll in the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) at no cost.
We know that having healthcare coverage helps keep children healthy and in school, and NEON is here to make that process easier.
Walk-In Hours:
NEON staff are available at the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) office in Hermiston on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Can't make a walk-in? No problem! NEON can also schedule in-person or virtual appointments to meet with families at a time that works best for you.
